Spouse Reset is a two-day resiliency program focused on giving spouses the hands-on training and tools to better cope with the pressures and challenges associated with the military lifestyle. Topics include resiliency, post-traumatic stress, stress management, non-conventional therapies, peer to peer coaching, mentoring, team building, nutrition and health, financial literacy, parenting and couples communication, and community engagement. The service member is an integral part of Spouse Reset and invited to participate for both days. Childcare is provided.
