The Caregivers Mini Conference, hosted in partnership with Patriot Military Family Foundation, is designed to help professional and family caregivers of military service members and special needs military children address the challenges of being a caregiver, promote self-care, and provide respite. Using research based learning activities, this program supports caregiver overall health and wellness. Topics include communication styles, self-care techniques, art and outdoor therapy, nutrition and fitness, financial management and more!
