High-intensity interval training (HIIT) yoga is a combination of yoga poses and HIIT that alternates between intense exercise and short recovery periods. HIIT yoga includes cardio-based flows, counter stretches, dynamic compound exercises and yoga-inspired movements like yoga burpees and yoga jumping jacks. HIIT Yoga helps to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, body tone, and balance. We will use 3-5 lb weight during the workout to sculpt and strengthen the body.
