Slow Flow is a gentle flow class that moves a little more slowly and holds poses for a while longer. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. Because of this, Slow Flow is a less intimidating experience for those newer to yoga and those who are nursing injuries. Slow Flow is accessible to occasional yogis and people who are newer to yoga. Because of the slower pace, expect to feel calm and rejuvenated at the end of class. We will flow to the tunes of Sol Rising and RY X
