April Kids Yoga - Fort Liberty

USO North Carolina is hosting a Yoga class for the littlest yogis! We’ll practice poses together, stretch, play, and read a yoga-inspired book or work on a themed activity together. Parents are welcome to participate, or children may participate by themselves. This activity is recommended for children ages 4+, but parents can determine your child’s ability to follow instructor lead activities. Please bring water, wear sneakers and comfortable clothing that your child can move easily in (we’ll be active!). A healthy, delicious, and kid-friendly snack will be offered. Eligibility: Open to Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard Service Members and their dependents as well as Retired Military families (all branches welcome).

Please bring your valid military ID to show at check-in.

All attendees must register for themselves - you cannot register on behalf of another military family.
