Military Spouse Yoga at Fort Liberty

Join USO North Carolina for a rejuvenating yoga session exclusively for military spouses! Take a break from your busy schedule and indulge in a relaxing hour of stretching and mindfulness. This in-person event will be held at the Fort Liberty Soldier Support Center. Unwind and connect with fellow military spouses as you learn new yoga techniques to enhance your physical and mental well-being. No prior yoga experience is necessary – beginners are welcome! We have yoga mats for you to use! Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. We can’t wait to see you there!
