Join the USO North Carolina Piedmont Team for a special MilSpouse Connections on Saturday, 29 April!

This self-defense seminar will help develop high levels of awareness, vigilance, and preventative behavior. Unarmed DEFENDER will provide you tools to identify hostile behavior and methods to avoid falling a victim to violence and a surprise attack. You will learn basic Krav Maga (Unarmed Combatives) principles to use when disengagement is not an option. This hands-on course will lay out options for common improvised weapons and less-than-lethal self-defense accessories to implement in a confrontation. Mindset is everything.
