Step & Sculpt class is a low-impact cardio and muscular endurance workout that targets your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. This class also improves your balance, coordination, and agility. In this class, you’ll use a step and dumbbells to execute a series of exercises to strengthen and tone your body. We will workout to tunes by Usher, Chris Brown and Friends.
