Deployed Spouses Yoga

Take a moment for yourself and join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating Yoga session designed specifically for the spouses of deployed service members. This event offers a calming space to relax, stretch, and focus on your well-being while connecting with others who understand your experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will guide you through mindful movements and breathing exercises to help relieve stress and promote relaxation.

Please bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to unwind and recharge in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

This event is for adult spouses only, and no previous yoga experience is required. We look forward to providing a space of calm and connection just for you. Namaste.
