Join us for a fun date night to learn how to shape pasta with Chef Alyssa! Every individual needs to register!

About Chef Alyssa: Alyssa Hainey graduated from the culinary Institute of America with a bachelor’s in applied food studies and culinary arts. Her primary focus is in farm to table studies which she received as a concentration in St Helena California. She has been instructing cooking classes for the past 7 years. Starting as an assistant instructor at young chef’s academy teaching kids from the ages 3-18. She then worked at the botanical gardens as a culinary lead doing classes in the garden. Alyssa’s most recent position was as the Resident chef at Sur la Table San Antonio, teaching classes up to 30 people a day of varying cuisines. She is now the owner of Spoke Creations where she designs cooking classes and private dinners for individuals who have a passion for food. Now as a newlywed military spouse she’s grateful for the opportunity to give back by volunteering with the USO by offering free cooking classes for those who are eager to learn.
